A Property PPA is differentiated from a Traditional PPA because it can be thought of as being tied to the property, not the off-taker. If the property is sold or the occupant changes the PPA remains to benefit the new owner/tenant.
Your system is fully covered as we are completely responsible if anything happens during the term of the agreement. This includes both the solar system itself and any repairs or upgrades completed on your roof. It is worth noting that we have never had an issue with any roof we have installed on to date.
Part of the beauty of working with us is our team of structural engineers that inspect all roofs we deal with and retrofit them accordingly. If needed, we can include a complete re-roof into your solar PPA, and may still deliver net positive savings.
We perform a site visit and determine the roof condition for solar installation on your roof. We can also incorporate roof repairs or even an entire roof replacement into the solar pricing.
