Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, the Commissioning Engineer supports the Asset Management Team (“AM”) in ensuring solar assets are performing at optimal levels, to maximize financial performance by managing risks and seeking for and executing opportunities to improve project cashflow.
The Business Development (BD) Support Associate will assist the business development team in the origination of solar development opportunities with commercial and public sector clients across the United States.
The Director of Origination will originate solar development opportunities by establishing and managing relationships with MUSH market (Municipal, University, State and Hospital) clients and energy services partners. The Director of Origination will leverage the capabilities of Greenskies to advise clients regarding the adoption of on-site solar and other renewable energy technologies.
The Director of Origination, Regional Accounts will originate solar development opportunities by establishing and managing relationships with commercial clients. Opportunities are available in California, Illinois, the Mid-Atlantic Region (Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia), and New Jersey.
Work closely with multiple departments to bring together and translate project information into financial models to create winning bids.
The project finance analyst will work closely with the business development group and project finance team to prepare proposals for commercial solar projects.
Lead corporate finance, treasury, accounting, and administrative functions. Drive forecasting, optimize cash, and act as the primary liaison with lenders and equity investors. Become an expert in solar financing, taxes, and partnership accounting.
The Solar Project Developer will be responsible for all aspects of both internal and external management of developing distributed generation solar projects.
