Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCU) added a 2.32-megawatt (MW) ground-mount project in Orange, Connecticut. The project was conducted by Greenskies Clean Focus, a national renewable energy solutions company.

Two CSCU campuses in New Haven will now be powered by solar energy after the construction of a massive new solar project aimed at saving the state millions over the next decade.

North Haven-based clean energy company has completed its latest 2.32-megawatt ground-mounted solar project in Orange, to support Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCU).

Greenskies Clean Focus completed a 2.32-MW ground-mount solar project in Orange, Connecticut. The energy produced will benefit Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCU), saving the schools an estimated $6 million in energy savings over 20 years of operation.

The company is currently planning to install rooftop solar panels at 174 stores and distribution centers, including 20 sites that are already operational. Once installation is complete, the panels will provide approximately 90% of the energy used at each location.

GID, a vertically-integrated real estate developer, investor and operator, and Greenskies Clean Focus, a national leader in renewable energy solutions, announced the completion of a commercial solar system at Pavona Apartments by Windsor in downtown San Jose, CA.

Greenskies is the project’s developer, financer, owner, and long-term operator under a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA). Greenskies will also provide ongoing operation and maintenance to the site.

Greenskies announced the completion of a 575-kW roof mount solar system at Belvedere Place, a prominent Class A office complex in Mill Valley, California, located just north of the Golden Gate Bridge.
