Meredith Ieraci leads Human Resources. She brings over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and human resources. Meredith is an accomplished HR expert, having led numerous successful employee initiatives. In addition, Meredith has had the privilege of supporting an array of complex organizations.

Meredith began her Human Resources career at Lyman Products. Prior to her current role, Meredith spent the last year revitalizing the HR department at Creed Monarch, serving the defense, automotive,and military community. Additionally, she has managed the Human Resources function for small to mid-size manufacturing and pharmaceutical organizations. Meredith’s expertise includes compliance and best practices, HR infrastructure, and procedure and policy development. Meredith was previously the Human Resources Manager for a manufacturing company for military and aerospace applications.

Meredith earned a BA in Communications from the University of Hartford and holds a PHR certificate in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Meredith also received her SHRM–CP certification.
