Harry leads the Legal function at Greenskies.

He brings 30 years of experience in renewable energy, private equity investment, corporate and project finance, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions transactions, both as in-house counsel for renewable energy and commercial real estate development, investment and finance companies, and in private practice at leading national law firms.

Prior to joining Greenskies, Harry was General Counsel at Insite Group, where he provided a full suite of strategic counsel and transaction management functions in connection with commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, private placements, privacy law, and intellectual property, as well as headed the company's risk management function. He also served as US counsel for a Spanish private equity firm specializing in wind energy development, finance, and tax equity, and before that, as Senior Project Finance Counsel at NextEra Resources, specializing in solar and wind energy development, project finance, and tax equity investment and asset management. Harry began his legal career at the law firm of Shearman & Sterling, with subsequent stints at Simpson Thacher and Milbank Tweed, where he specialized in securities law, banking and finance and M&A, with a focus on cross-border transactions.

Harry received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. He also holds a Master's of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University.
