Bryant leads the team focused on working with large corporations and owners of real estate seeking to take a company- or portfolio-wide approach to renewable energy adoption, including onsite and offsite solar, battery storage, and CCHP. Bryant's background, which includes extensive experience in commercial real estate finance, makes him uniquely qualified to collaborate with clients on utilizing renewable energy technologies to optimize property economics and value while achieving ESG goals and GHG emissions requirements.

Bryant has been in the renewable energy industry since 2009. Prior to joining Greenskies, he served as SVP, Partner Development & Strategy at OneRoof Energy, Inc., a residential solar financing and fulfillment platform. Bryant joined OneRoof Energy when it acquired the assets of Plant, for which he served as CEO. Plant, a commonly-owned affiliate of North American Power & Gas, LLC, managed and facilitated The Dow Chemical Company's solar leasing business related to its POWERHOUSE solar shingles, and in the process achieved status as the first company in the solar industry to successfully market, sell, and install solar roofing at scale. Bryant joined Plant when it acquired LumiNation Energy, LLC, a residential and commercial solar sales, development, and financing company for which he served as CEO. Prior to LumiNation, Bryant served as Director of ParenteBeard, LLC, a certified public accounting and business advisory firm, where he launched and managed its Renewable Energy Consulting Group, a step-out business unit that focused on the development of commercial solar energy projects.

Bryant also has extensive experience in commercial real estate finance. He analyzed billions of dollars of real estate acquisition, investment, and development opportunities on behalf of prominent industry participants, and played an integral role in the consummation of over $2.5 billion of complex, structured, debt and equity finance transactions.

Bryant holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
