Project Finance Analyst – New Business

Summary

The project finance analyst will work closely with the business development group and project finance team to prepare proposals for commercial solar projects. The analyst position is designed for a recent graduate with a passion for renewable energy who is highly motivated and possesses strong communication and mathematical skills. The position commences with a 4 to 8-week training period rotating through multiple departments within Greenskies.

Location: North Haven, CT (in-office)


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the project finance team and business development manager in preparing RFP responses for solar projects.
  • Assist in the development of client-facing financial analysis.
  • Assist with the consolidation, detailed review, and organization of project-level information from various internal and external groups.
  • Organize proposal materials and track opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree. All majors are welcome, but significant business-related or engineering coursework is preferred.
  • Interest in the renewable energy space.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must treat deadlines and commitments with the utmost seriousness and urgency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel.
