Greenskies Clean Focus Announces Brand Transition to Greenskies Clean Energy

Aligning the company’s public-facing brand with its legal identity and the name customers know best

NORTH HAVEN, Conn. – July 23, 2026 – Greenskies Clean Focus today announced that it will transition its public-facing brand to Greenskies Clean Energy, aligning the company’s external identity with its legal business name, Greenskies Clean Energy LLC, and the name by which it is commonly known throughout the market.

The transition reflects the evolution of the company’s brand over time and simplifies how the company represents itself across its website, marketing materials, social media channels, and industry communications.

Founded in 2009, Greenskies Clean Energy is a commercial solar developer, owner, and operator headquartered in North Haven, Connecticut. The company develops, finances, owns, and operates solar energy projects throughout the United States, serving corporate, commercial real estate, public sector, and utility customers. To date, Greenskies has developed and constructed more than 400 MW of solar projects across more than 735 projects in 19 states.

The Greenskies Clean Focus name was adopted following the acquisition of Greenskies by Clean Focus in 2017. The combined brand was intended to reflect the integration of the two organizations following the acquisition.

Over time, however, customers, partners, employees, and industry stakeholders have continued to refer to the company simply as “Greenskies.” The transition formalizes that identity while aligning the company’s public-facing brand with its legal name, Greenskies Clean Energy LLC.

The brand transition will take effect during the third quarter of 2026 and will be implemented across company communications materials and digital properties, including its social media channels.

This branding update does not affect ownership, leadership, employees, customer relationships, contractual obligations, or ongoing operations. The company will continue to provide the same services under the same leadership team and legal entity.
