Noy Eng leads human resources at Greenskies Clean Focus.

As Human Resources Manager, she provides strategic leadership across talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance. Noy oversees recruiting operations, performance management, and policy development, while ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local employment regulations. She brings progressive HR experience from fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations, where she scaled people operations and strengthened hiring and retention strategies.

Earlier in her career, Noy led investigative analysis and due diligence efforts, developing deep expertise in background investigations, risk mitigation, and employment compliance. She partners closely with executive leadership to design scalable HR frameworks, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support a compliant, high-performing workforce aligned with long-term business goals.

Noy earned a BA in Criminal Justice from Sacred Heart University.
