Jimmy leads pricing strategy, M&A activity, funding execution and initiatives. He oversees underwriting for projects, manages financial modeling for pricing and financing, and drives acquisitions and financing transactions that strengthen the company’s portfolio.

With over 18 years of experience across finance, technology, and renewable energy, Jimmy has closed more than $150 million in tax equity and debt financings, executed the sale of 300 operating assets valued at $200 million, and led acquisitions exceeding $100 million. His career includes leadership roles at Madison Reed, ET Capital Solar Partners, and Hanwha Q CELLS USA, as well as investment banking experience at Merrill Lynch.

Jimmy holds dual degrees from the University of California, Berkeley: a BS in Business Administration and a BA in Psychology.
