As Chief Financial Officer of Greenskies, Darryl Tishler leads the company's financial strategy, capital markets activities, accounting, treasury, investor engagement, and financial operations. He is responsible for strengthening the company's financial foundation and supporting its continued growth across distributed generation solar, energy storage, and other clean energy markets.

Darryl brings more than 20 years of strategic finance leadership experience across the renewable energy, infrastructure, and clean technology sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully led more than 100 financings and acquisitions totaling over $10 billion across 40 countries, providing expertise in project finance, tax equity, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, and optimizing capital structures for high-growth businesses.

Prior to joining Greenskies, Darryl served as Chief Financial Officer of Ionic Blue and previously held senior finance and investment leadership roles with CVE (Changing Visions of Energy) and Safari Energy, where he focused on acquiring, financing, and developing renewable energy portfolios. He has extensive experience working with renewable energy developers, investors, private equity-backed businesses, and institutional capital providers across the full transaction lifecycle.

Darryl earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
