Anne Demiris is responsible for recruiting and onboarding all Greenskies employees. Additionally she manages employee benefits and compensation packages, develops the policies necessary for a growing company, and fosters employee relations to maintain the positive company culture that makes Greenskies so successful.
Prior to joining Greenskies, Anne held positions in sales and program management before discovering she wanted to focus on Human Resources and maximizing the value of a company’s workforce. She obtained her SHRM-CP certification in 2016.
Anne earned her Bachelor degree in Sociology from James Madison University.
