Marketing Analyst

Summary

At Greenskies Clean Focus, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a cross-functional marketing analyst to support our marketing and sales processes. In this hybrid role, you will work with business development and marketing to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products and services.

The ideal candidate excels at identifying new sales opportunities and researching leads to hand off to account executives. In addition, you should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and a firm understanding of the B2B sales process.

Location: North Haven, Connecticut


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside marketing and sales to recognize key opportunity indicators
  • Research prospective accounts within target markets, identify sales leads and hand them off to account executives
  • Utilize designated prospecting and sales tools, including custom CRM, to generate and track actionable prospects
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities
  • Nurture cold and inactive sales prospects
  • Monitor website visitors, form submissions, and social media interactions against target accounts
  • Report to Marketing Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • 1-3 years of marketing or sales experience, with the appetite to learn more about account-based and relationship selling
  • Solar development background is beneficial but not required
  • Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to move up within a sales and/or marketing organization
